Here is a big ranch that runs along the Salt River bottoms, made up of pasture and new pecan groves. The Sac River will provide a fantastic travel corridor and during the rut, there will be a good supply of new bucks cruising the riverbanks looking for love…Plenty of spots for 6 hunters, but most likely you will have to focus on the woods next to the riverbanks in the NE & SE of the farm and the 80 acres across the gravel road. Day of inspection I saw several deer running away. The Ranch manager has seen as many as 50 turkeys in one flock on this property in previous years. Great place, and I expect several mature bucks to be running around. The river will also allow for some afternoon fishing. ATV's will be needed to move around on this property, but please be aware of the imprint the ATVs make. There has been some removing and thinning of the woods in the middle of the ranch, the aerial does not show this.

There is an easement through the southern portion of this property for the old cemetery and the neighboring property by the river / should not bother a thing when hunting
